What is Club Quarters?
Club Quarters are private, full service hotels for the exclusive use of employees and guests of its Member organizations in prime downtown locations offering business oriented, user friendly, club-like facilities at the lowest possible prices.

How do you rate yourself?
As private hotels, Club Quarters are not rated by AAA or Mobil. However, they meet 3.5- or 4-star hotel industry standards.

Which hotel do you compare yourself to?
Club Quarters hotels are boutique-like with intimate lobbies. They are generally smaller in number of rooms when compared to larger hotel chains in the major cities where they are located. Each hotel, while offering similar amenities and features, has a unique feel and personality.

How old are your hotels?
Midtown, New York opened it's doors in 1994; Downtown, New York 1995, Washington,DC 1996, Boston 1997, Gracechurch, London and Philadelphia in 1999 and both Central Loop, Chicago and St. Paul's, London in 2000. Wacker at Michigan, Chicago 2002, San Francisco 2003, Houston 2004, New York, Rockefeller Center 2005. London, Trafalgar Square opened January 2007.

How do the rates reflect the quality of the hotels?
Club Quarters offers incredible value for both business or personal use. As a Member, your organization has made a commitment to use Club Quarters for their business travel. Because we are private and do not advertise, we rely on our Member companies to help promote Club Quarters to their employees for personal use on weekends and holidays.

Is there a restaurant?
All Club Quarters have a restaurant and bar, but hours are limited on weekends in some locations. in London. While all Club Quarters are private, all the restaurants are open to the public with the exceptions of Club Quarters, Midtown, whose restaurant and bar is for Members and guests only and Club Quarters, Rockefeller Center, whose restaurant and bar is open to Members and guests staying at that hotel, and for members of the Terrace Club, a private club located on the 7th floor of the hotel, overlooking Rockefeller Plaza. .

Are there meeting rooms or banquet facilities?
All Club Quarters have meeting rooms and banquet facilities accommodating up to 250 people.

Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes, there is a Member Service Manager at the Member Service Desk 24 hours a day.

Do you have a Concierge?
We do not have a dedicated Concierge. However, our Member Service Managers can help you make reservations, make suggestions for restaurants, provide directions, and assist in many guest requests.

Is there a Fitness Room?
All Club Quarters have a Fitness Room. Additionally, we will deliver exercise equipment to your room at no additional charge.

Do you have room service?
All Club Quarters offer room service which includes a menu from the hotel's restaurant. Additionally, we offer a unique, multi-menu in room delivery service from area restaurants. A member of our staff will deliver the order to your room and the charges can be applied to your room bill.

What types of city attractions are near Club Quarters?
All Club Quarters are located in the heart of major city centers and are within a short distance of the city's main attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. Access to public transportation is close to all CQ locations.

What features are found in Club Quarters' hotel rooms?
All Club Quarters' guest rooms have private bathrooms with shaving/makeup mirror, hair dryer and toiletries. The rooms also feature free wireless high speed Internet access, two line speakerphone, a cordless telephone, satellite/cable TV, a tea/coffee maker, refrigerator and in-room movies.

Do you have valet parking?
Both Club Quarters locations in Chicago (Central Loop and Wacker at Michigan) as well as our Houston location offer valet parking. All Club Quarters offer parking facilities near to the hotel. When you reach the hotel, the Member Service Desk will be glad to help you with your bags and then direct you to a parking garage. Most garages offer our guests a reduced rate. Do you have rooms with 2 double beds?
We do not offer double-doubles however we offer two twin-size beds at each location.

Do you have smoking hotel rooms?
We have smoking floors, generally two at each Club Quarters.

Do you have king beds?
The majority of rooms are Queen beds however we do have a limited amount of California Kings which can be requested, but not guaranteed.

Do you have connecting, adjoining rooms?
Each Club Quarters offers a limited amount of adjoining rooms. In many instances, this includes two rooms which share a common third door.

Do you have laundry services?
All Club Quarters offer valet cleaning including same day service. Club Quarters, Downtown in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Central Loop and Wacker at Michigan, San Francisco, Houston as well as London, Gracechurch and St. Paul's, also offer washing and drying machines ideal for the long term stay or those wishing to wash their own clothing. Low cost laundry is available to all Corporate Apartment residents.

What are your check in and check out times?
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is noon. Early check in or late check out can be arranged for a minimal charge.

Do you have a pool?
There are no pools, but our Member Service Desk would be glad to direct you to the nearest pool facility.

Do you permit pets?
Pets are not permitted, except service animals.

Do you have driving directions?
Click directions on our home page of any hotel.

Do you have a reservation waitlist?
We do have waitlists and will notify you should rooms become available.

Do you have a shuttle service?
We do not offer a shuttle service but many of the airport shuttle services do service the hotel and charge a fee that is substantially less than a taxicab.

How late can we check in?
You can check in as late as 6am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, advise Member Service when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.

Can someone hold luggage?
We are happy to store your luggage either on arrival in the morning if there are no rooms available to check into, or upon departure. The Member Service Desk can do this for you. We can also store your luggage and have your clothes cleaned and ready for your return visit.
